Barone Reitano specializes in curated European antiques, vintage furnishings, reclaimed wood pieces, handcrafted décor, and collectible interior objects.

Because many of our items are antique, vintage, delicate, or one-of-a-kind, returns and exchanges are generally not accepted once an order has been shipped.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Personal preference
Natural antique imperfections or patina
Minor variations in wood, finish, tone, texture, or fabric
Incorrect product selection by the customer
Delays caused by customs or freight carriers outside our control

We strongly recommend carefully reviewing all product descriptions, dimensions, materials, and photographs before placing an order.

Shipping & Protection

All products are carefully prepared and shipped from Italy using premium international freight services.

Fragile and valuable items may be secured inside reinforced or custom wooden crates to ensure maximum protection during transport.

Estimated delivery time for most international orders is approximately 4–5 weeks depending on destination, customs clearance, and freight scheduling.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If an item arrives:

Damaged during transport
With a defect not disclosed prior to purchase
Significantly different from the item ordered

please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

If the issue is caused by shipping damage or by a defect not previously disclosed, we will take full responsibility and work directly with you to provide an appropriate solution.
